Frodsham Library Restoration

Future For Former Frodsham Library

This former library on Main Street, and former Chapel before this,  has big plans for 16 apartments, (x12) 2-bed apartments (x4) 1 bed apartments. This involves creating a second floor inside the library and using the basement/ ground floors for four two bed apartments with their own entrances on the ground floor – seen in image 4. With the rest of the apartments spread over the two floors in the rear extension and library in a maisonette style, that will be accessible via the front entrance seen in image 1. Although there only being 14 car parking spaces to 16 dwellings, this is a concern for me but apart from that seems to be welcomed from a few residents I spoken to from Alexander Mews.
